Sooji Balls

Ingredients
1cup sooji
1/2 cup curd
Salt-little salt
2tbsp water
Method
1)Put 1cup Sooji and curd in a bowl and little salt and water
2)Kneed a loose dough
3)Rest it for 15mts
Stuffing
Potatoes -2mashed potatoes
Onion -1/2 chopped finely
Ginger-1inch piece chopped finely
Green chilli -1chopped finely
Little-corander leaves chopped finely
1)Mix all the ingredients add salt, chilli powder, amchur powder ,coriander powder. Grease your hands make small balls of potato mixture.
How to make Sooji balls
1)Kneed Sooji again to make smooth, wet your hands, Take small portions of Sooji dough, stretch on your palm then put one stuffing ball on it pack it in shape of ball.Similarly make all balls
2) Heat water in large pan. Put greased strainer on it and steam for12mts .After they are steamed.
3)Heat 1tbsp oil in kadhai add curry patta, jeera and mustard seeds ,little chilli flakes and put all the balls on it and stir well. Serve with chutney .
