Recipe of Nariyal Barfi

Ingredients

Khoya -250 gm

Coconut powder -125 gm

Powdered sugar -3/4 cup

Cardamom powder – little to garnish

Ghee -1tbsp

Method

1)Heat 1tsp ghee add grated khoya ,saute for 2to 3mts. Add coconut powder and sugar and cardamom powder .Mix well.

2)Grease the tray

3)Pour the khoya mixture on it flat, let it cool for 1/2 hour then refrigerate for 1/2 an hour then cut into square pieces.
